To provide our scheduling and coaching services, we collect your name, email address, and the specific software issue you need help with. During the session, we utilize AI transcription to generate a text summary and screenshots of the screen-share for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

2. How We Process Payments
CabTrainer does not store or process your credit card information. All payments and payouts are securely handled by Stripe.

3. Third-Party Services
We utilize trusted third-party platforms to operate our marketplace, including Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (video hosting). We only share the minimum necessary data with these platforms to facilitate your booking. We will never sell your personal data or email address to third-party marketers.

4. Data Retention
Session transcripts and summaries are retained securely in our internal database to improve our platform and protect both clients and trainers in the event of a dispute.
